Thank you for shopping with chérée. We want to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00 - Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 - Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

International shipping options include:

  • USPS International: Delivery within 7-21 business days depending on destination
  • DHL Express International: Delivery within 3-7 business days depending on destination

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. This offer applies to standard shipping only and does not apply to express or international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries not listed in our international shipping section. If your country is not listed, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
